Hey. I'm Russell Aaron. I'm a WordPress enthusiast. I'm a Co-Organizer of the WordPress Vegas Meetup Group and WordCamp Las Vegas. I simply blog about anything that comes into my mind. You've been warned. I like to laugh.

There’s a new WordPress Facebook Group called Swip/Swap Sell Group. I think it’s a wonderful idea. This is a group for conference attendees and just nerds to find swag or other items they want from people they know. Feel free to post any and all swag you want to get or get rid of. We all have our favorites and also what we want out of our homes. Let’s make ones trash another’s treasure!

The group suddenly popped up on my Facebook notifications in the late afternoon on August 3rd, 2019. I can’t believe this group has taken this long to create. How many WordCamp Organizers have boxes of stuff left over after the conference? Do you know how hard it is to get rid of 17 small womens sized t-shirts? Hopefully, never again. A WordPress group like this on Facebook needs to exist. So let’s particiapte. I bet you have one or two things to get rid of. Pint glasses, stickers, Pins and Lanyards, Custom Badges and Dodge. Extra points if you get that’s a Dodgeball reference.

Go join this closed group and share it with your friend. Wait until you see the things I have listed. The Give WP and WPEngine Swag take the cake. I’ll also be getting rid of WordCamp Vegas 2019 stuff real soon. I hope to see you over there.

RussellAaron explains credit score

I want to share with you how I went from having a none credit score to a credit score of 726 in 10 months. You heard me right, none. Credit. Not bad credit not zero credit but none credit. See I grew up with one philosophy about money. If you don’t have the money in your bank account or in your wallet don’t spend any. If there’s something you want to buy you save up for it. You said the money you saved up aside and you save up for another two months. That way when you spend the money to buy whatever it is you save it up for, you’re not flat broke.
